Terms of Service

Quonivo provides software for managing customers, quotations, optional job tracking, invoices, and payment records for service businesses in the Philippines. Quonivo is not an accounting, tax, legal, or payment-custody service, and does not review, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any document a workspace owner creates. Each business remains fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and tax treatment of the records and documents it creates using Quonivo.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Philippine law to create a workspace. One workspace is provisioned per account owner. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity performed through your workspace, whether or not you authorized it, except to the extent caused by Quonivo's own security failure.

You must not use Quonivo for unlawful activity, unauthorized access to any system, distributing malware, harassment, infringement of intellectual property, or storage of full payment card numbers, wallet credentials, passwords, or other credentials Quonivo has not agreed to process. Quonivo may suspend access for a workspace that violates this section while investigating.

Free workspaces may create up to 3 quotations at no charge. Quonivo Pro is available at an introductory launch price of ₱199 per month or ₱1,999 per year per business workspace (regular list price: ₱499 per month or ₱3,999 per year). During this manual-billing period, Pro is paid for directly by GCash or bank transfer and activated by Quonivo, not charged automatically — it does not renew on its own, and access simply ends at the close of the period paid for unless a new payment is sent. Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (₱) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable value-added tax. Full payment, activation, and renewal mechanics are described in the Subscription and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Each business owns and controls the customer and transaction records it enters into Quonivo. Quonivo processes that information solely to provide, secure, and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Quonivo does not sell workspace data. On request, and after verifying your identity as the workspace owner, Quonivo will provide a data export or process a deletion request as described in the Privacy Policy and on the Support page.

Quonivo is provided on an "as available" basis during this early commercial period and may include defects, scheduled maintenance, and evolving features. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Quonivo's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Quonivo may restrict or suspend access for security threats, unlawful use, or material abuse of this section. You may stop using Quonivo at any time; since Pro access does not renew automatically during this manual-billing period, simply not sending a further payment ends Pro access at the close of the paid period, as described in the Subscription and Cancellation Policy. Login, password recovery, these policies, and support remain available wherever reasonably possible, including during a suspension.

Quonivo may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and where reasonably practicable, notified to workspace owners by email before they take effect. Continued use of Quonivo after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Quonivo will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection venue rights you may have.
