Terms of Service

Qonivo provides tools for managing customers, quotes, optional jobs, invoices, and payment records. Qonivo is not an accounting, tax, legal, or payment-custody service. Businesses remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the records and documents they create.

The owner is responsible for protecting account access and for activity performed through the workspace. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, harassment, infringement, or storage of payment credentials and highly sensitive information that Qonivo has not agreed to process.

The proposed launch price is ₱300 per business per month, billed repeatedly until canceled. Price, renewal timing, cancellation, failed-payment handling, and access after cancellation are also described in the Subscription and Cancellation Policy shown before checkout.

Each business controls the customer and transaction records it enters. Qonivo processes that information to provide and secure the service. Ownership language, processor responsibilities, export timing, deletion handling, and post-termination retention require professional review before launch.

The paid test may include defects, maintenance, and evolving features. Qonivo will not invent uptime, backup, recovery, or fitness guarantees. Any final service commitments and liability limitations must be reviewed and approved before these terms become effective.

Access may be restricted for security threats, unlawful use, material abuse, or unresolved subscription failure under the published grace-period policy. Login, password recovery, billing management, cancellation, policies, and support must remain available where reasonably possible.
