Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Qonivo is currently available free during Early Access. No charge will be made without the workspace owner’s confirmation. The price, renewal schedule, and payment terms will be shown before any paid subscription begins.

Qonivo is proposed at ₱300 per business per month. When paid subscriptions become available, the checkout screen will show the amount, currency, renewal schedule, and payment details before authorization.

Owners will be able to request cancellation from Billing in Settings. The proposed policy is cancellation at the end of the current paid billing period: future renewals stop, and paid access continues until the displayed period end.

The proposed launch grace period is seven calendar days after a failed renewal. During the grace period Qonivo will show a payment-failure notice and keep billing management available. If payment is not recovered by the documented deadline, paid workflow access may expire while login, recovery, cancellation, policies, and support remain available.

Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. Qonivo will clearly identify which methods support recurring payments before the owner confirms a subscription.
