Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Every new workspace starts on the Free plan and can create up to 3 quotations at no charge. No payment method is required, and no charge is made unless the workspace owner pays for Pro as described below.

Quonivo Pro Monthly is ₱299 per month per business workspace. Unlimited quotations are included for as long as Pro access is active.

Quonivo Pro Annual is ₱3,000 per year per business workspace. Unlimited quotations are included, and the annual plan costs less than paying monthly for 12 months.

Quonivo does not currently charge any card, e-wallet, or bank account automatically. To start or extend Pro, you pay Quonivo directly by scanning the GCash or BPI (InstaPay) QR code shown in the app, then send proof of payment through the Messenger link shown alongside it. Quonivo verifies the payment and activates Pro access on the workspace manually — this is usually quick, but is not instant. No card number, e-wallet login, or one-time passcode is ever collected by Quonivo as part of this process.

Because payment is manual, there is no automatic recurring charge and nothing is billed to you without a new payment you initiate. Pro access runs for the paid period (one month or one year from activation) and does not renew on its own. If you pay again before the current period ends, the new period is added on top of your existing access rather than restarting it.

There is no separate cancellation step to take, since nothing renews automatically. If you simply do not send a renewal payment, Pro access ends at the close of the period you already paid for and the workspace automatically returns to Free-plan limits (3 quotations). Login, password recovery, these policies, and support remain available at all times, including after Pro access lapses.

If Quonivo changes prices in the future, the new price will apply only to a Pro period you pay for after the change takes effect. It never changes the price of access you have already paid for.

Quonivo intends to offer automatic recurring billing through a licensed payment processor in the future. This page will be updated, and current subscribers notified by email at least 14 days beforehand, before any automatic charge is introduced.
